Served for 4 People
- 1 chicken (750 grm), slice in half tear widely
- 600 ml coconut's water
- 50 gr brown sugar,finely chopped
- 2 salam leaves
- 2 cm galangale stomped
- 1 tamarind fruit
- 2 sp ketchup oil
- 4 pcs garlic
- 1 tsp coriander, roasted
- 2 tsp salt
- Mix chicken, blended ingredients, brown sugar, salam leaves, galangale and ketchup. Boils within coconut's water until dried off.
- Fry until well-done.
