- 1/4 kg chicken (Chest)
- 1/4 kg potato
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 1 pck sohun
- 1/4 kg cabbage
- 1/4 kg chicken claw, for broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper, crunched
- 2 leek, coarsely chopped
- citrus & salam leaves
- lemongrass

- salt & sugar
- 4 red onion
- 4 garlic
- 8 candlenut
- 1 ginger
- 3 turmeric
- 100 gr chili

- boil, blend
- 1/4 kg krupuk(shrimp)
- 2 garlic
- pound well
- Boil chicken, add salt, after boiled then put it into hot oil, fry. shred well
- Peel potato, do paper thin slice, est 4x4 cm.
- Boil chicken claw.
- Saute blended ingr, add ginger, lemongrass, citrus & salam leaves, and leek. Add to chicken claw's broth, boil it up. Serve Hot
and pour the magic koyah.
