
Ingredient:
1 kg Cassava
1/4 kg Brown Sugar
1 Coconut ( Grated )
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder and salt
Cooking Process :
Grated coarsely cassava and coconut. Separate the Coconut away.
Prepare a steamer with water.
When the water have boiled, put cassava on it. Pour brown sugar, vanilla powder and salt.
Steam for about 20 - 30 minutes.
Served while it hot, add a grated coconut as topping.
