Tofu Steak

Tofu is also nice to know the alias processed into steaks. Of course, should know a good quality silk. Sufficiently soaked spices and matured slowly. Taste tasty tofu and seasoning the thick makes it no less delicious steak with steak meat. 

Material:
  • 4 pieces @ 100 grams out of silk, drain 
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
Seasoning, mix well: 
  • 1 tablespoon sauce LP / BBQ 
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Method:
  • Smear the pieces out with seasoning until blended. Leave it for 30 minutes 
  • Heat the butter in a skillet · flat until melted. 
  • Reduce heat, and cook until browned on one side. Reversed, cook other side until browned. Lift. 
  • Place on serving plates. Sprinkle green onions. Serve warm.
